TERMS OF SALE

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the website www.teneoplus.com between Teneo (the “Seller”) and any individual making a purchase through the website (the “Customer”).

 

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Product photos are for illustration purposes only and are not contractual. Teneo cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the product descriptions.

 

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).

Teneo reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however the price applied will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

 

4. Orders

The Customer selects the desired products and confirms the order after accepting these Terms & Conditions. The order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Teneo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of dispute, suspected fraud or irregularity.

 

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal.

No banking or payment data is stored by Teneo.


6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

Average delivery time: 5-7 business days.

Teneo cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or any other external factors.

 

7. Right of withdrawal

We offer a 30-day returns policy.

This includes your statutory right to cancel your online order within 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

8. Guarantee & returns

The Customer benefits from the applicable legal guarantees, including conformity and protection against hidden defects.

Returns must comply with the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.


9. Liability

Teneo cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the website or the products.

Use of the products is the sole responsibility of the Customer.


10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

 

11. Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, the matter will be brought before the competent courts.
