DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. Delivery

We deliver everywhere in the UK with tracked shipping.

Processing time: all orders are prepared and dispatched within 24-48h.

Delivery time: please allow 5-7 business days on average for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

Real-time tracking: as soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Secure delivery: all products are shipped with reliable logistics partners, in discreet and protective packaging.

 

2. Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be new, unused, unwashed and in its original undamaged packaging.

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase will be required (invoice/order number).

2.1 Return procedure

Please email us at contact@teneoplus.com with your order number in the subject line, and tell us the reason for your return.

We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

  • Once the item has been received and inspected, we will offer you either:

    • an exchange, or

    • a refund within 7–10 business days (depending on your payment method)

 

2.2 Faulty items or order errors

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo as evidence.

We will cover the cost of the replacement or return.

 

3. Return address

The return address will be provided to you by email once your request has been approved.
